Fees Structure 2025 / 2026
Payment Dates
The total yearly fee is payable to Hafs Academy and must be paid in advance or by instalments adhering to the following deadlines.
Fee Amount 2025/26: £4200
Method of payment: 1st instalment in Cash or BACS
Remaining instalments as Standing Order
We do not accept cheques or card payments
Frequency of payment: Monthly

Note: Parents are liable to pay the full instalments at the specified dates shown above. Where there are two or more siblings a discount of 5% per child will be given.
Late Fee
A reminder letter will be sent along with a text message. However, late payments will incur an admin fee that will be added on top of the standard fees as follows.
For payments late by:
1-5 days – an admin fee of £10/day is applied
If payment is not received within this period the student will not be allowed back to school until all outstanding arrears, including the late admin fee, are received in full.
Your child will be suspended until all amounts are paid
